They say the basics of skincare are drinking water, but honestly, I think it's the hardest thing to put into practice. I also usually only drink coffee and barely touch water.
However, my internal dryness has gotten so severe lately that I am now consciously trying to make sure I drink. Since I keep my tumbler right by my side, it is definitely much better than before! My complexion also feels a bit clearer than when I wasn't drinking.
