My skin condition record today

I thought my skin had calmed down a bit lately, but I was shocked when I looked in the mirror this morning.
Maybe it's because my condition has suddenly deteriorated, but I've started having skin problems as well.
Today, I am leaving a record of my slightly depressing skin.

My skin has become very sensitive as the overall oil-moisture balance is disrupted.

Moisture: My skin feels drier than usual, and the tightness deep inside has worsened after washing my face. The areas around my mouth and cheeks feel dry and flaky.

Trouble: I have large and small breakouts around my forehead and chin. It feels like the recovery is slow, perhaps because of the dryness.

Special note: I was bothered by persistent breakouts around my cheeks and chin that wouldn't go away,
After searching on YouTube and looking around, I heard that it could be flat warts...
Since I heard it could spread, I think I should consult a dermatologist as soon as possible.
