Nodular acne under the chin

I've been getting boils and folliculitis continuously since December.
After applying antibiotic ointment
My skin has become so sensitive
After getting an anti-inflammatory injection at the hospital
Even if you get tired easily
I can feel something inside my jaw.
How should I manage things like this unevenness?

It looks like it's thickly spread on the underside.
