Today's skin condition

Maybe it's because it got so hot all of a sudden, but I've developed a few pimples along with a burning sensation on my skin. They're near my neck... Looking at the condition of the pimples, I think I need to cleanse my face thoroughly. Pimples are painful, so I'm worried I won't get any more.
