I usually get told so often that my skin is clear and transparent, but after eating ramen for a late-night snack before bed yesterday, a pimple popped up. 😭 So, with a heart full of bitter remorse, I am writing down my skin condition for today. I get stressed every time I look in the mirror because of the red blemishes, so I just couldn't help but write this record. This is how scary flour and sodium bombs are, everyone... It seems diet is really important if you want to keep clear skin. I wrap up this record of my skin condition today with a firm resolution to focus on healthy foods like salads from now on. Praying that it will be calm by tomorrow...
