Lately, I've been jogging for 30 minutes every day after work, and I can definitely feel my complexion is clearer than when I wasn't doing it. Maybe it's because the impurities have been flushed out, but the unevenness on my skin seems to have smoothed out a bit too! You know the key is to wash your face thoroughly right after exercising, right? Even though it's a hassle, I feel proud that I'm taking care of both my health and my skin. Heh.
