I'm so upset because of the facial swelling and redness this morning.

I woke up this morning and was shocked when I looked in the mirror because my whole face was severely swollen and redness had flared up on both cheeks.
I didn't even eat anything salty for a late-night snack the night before, but my eyelids and jawline are unusually swollen, so I feel like I've become a completely different person.
Furthermore, seeing that my face feels hot and stinging even though I applied the mild toner I usually use every day, it seems my skin barrier has completely broken down.
I've had a lot to worry about these past few days, so I haven't been getting enough sleep and have been stressed. My weakened immune system is showing its signs first through my skin.
As a quick fix, I soaked a cotton pad generously with cold toner and placed it on both cheeks and forehead to cool down the heat for about 10 minutes.
Fortunately, the redness subsided slightly, but my skin texture was still rough and I felt like my makeup would cake, so I ended up going to work with just sunscreen on.
Even at work, I am trying my best not to irritate my skin today by frequently spraying mist whenever my face feels dry or hot.
When I get home from work, I will definitely wash my face with a mild, slightly acidic cleanser, apply a generous amount of soothing ampoule, and then go to bed early to get a good rest.
I hope my skin condition returns to being moist and healthy like before as soon as possible so that I won't get stressed every time I look in the mirror.

    저도 비슷하게 붓고 열감 올라온 날엔 자극 다 끊고 냉찜질이랑 진정 루틴으로만 최소 관리하면서 푹 쉬는 게 제일 빨리 돌아오더라고요
