Do you believe the saying that drinking a lot of water improves your skin?

I hear this all the time, but I think it's half right and half wrong lol

 

Drinking a lot of water doesn't suddenly make your skin improve dramatically, but if I don't drink it, I definitely feel like it gets dry and dull right away.

 

Recently, I was so busy that there were days when I only drank coffee and barely any water, and during that time, my skin was really dull and felt very tight.

 

So I started making sure to drink water again, and at least I felt less dry.

 

Of course, drinking water alone won't make skin troubles disappear, but it feels like it provides a foundation, much like basic stamina. I think that ultimately, skin is heavily influenced by one's physical condition.

 

Do you all feel the difference when you make sure to drink water? I'm always too lazy to do it, but then when my skin looks bad, I end up reflecting on it again.

    주변에 물 진짜 자주 마시는 친구가 있는데 확실히 피부 좋아요! 아무것도 안해도 피부에 광이 돌더라구요 
    근데 물자주 마시는거 힘듬ㅠ
