My right cheek is particularly dry today.

Strangely, today I feel a particularly tight sensation only in my right cheek, so I find myself constantly looking in the mirror. Overall, I feel fine, but it bothers me more because it is only on one side.

Since I switched my facial cleanser, I've been having days like this often lately, so I'm wondering if I should switch it again.
