Why is it that it always rises in the same spot on the chin?

Blemishes always repeatedly pop up on just one side of my chin. It’s difficult to manage because they reappear in a similar spot before they even completely subside.

I'm trying to resist touching it, but it's subtly bothering me, so I end up looking in the mirror more often for no reason.
