Why is it that it always rises in the same spot on the chin?

Blemishes always repeatedly pop up on just one side of my chin. It’s difficult to manage because they reappear in a similar spot before they even completely subside.

 

I'm trying to resist touching it, but it's subtly bothering me, so I end up looking in the mirror more often for no reason.

    그부분의 피지선이 유독 발달해있다거나 뭐 그런거 아닐까요. 저도 꼭 자주 나는 자리가 있는데 그 한자리에서 여드름 두세개가 모여서 한꺼번에 나기도 하고 그래요ㅠ
