My own skincare routine.

I think it is also good to minimize and simplify the steps and types of skincare.

In the past, I had a compulsion to apply expensive essences or generic creams step by step. I was applying them to improve my skin, but there were times when breakouts would occur.

These days, after washing my face, I lightly use a toner to refine my skin texture, and I only apply about two products—an ampoule and a moisturizer that I think suit me well.

Reducing the number of cosmetics makes things feel lighter, and saving money is a bonus.

I think the most important thing is deep sleep, above all else.
