My own mildly acidic cleansing method that made my tiny bumps disappear!
I have a sensitive constitution where small, bumpy pimples break out on my forehead and chin even if my skin becomes only slightly sensitive.
After trying out all sorts of products, my skin felt much more comfortable ever since I completely switched my cleansing routine to a mildly acidic one.
First of all, I discarded the alkaline foam cleanser that leaves my skin squeaky clean and switched to a mild, slightly acidic foam cleanser, even if it produces less lather. In the morning, I make sure to rinse thoroughly several times with only lukewarm water to protect the natural sebum layer on my skin that formed overnight.
Even when removing makeup in the evening, use a gentle cleansing milk rather than an oil with too strong cleansing power, and roll it gently.
I also spend the most time and effort rinsing thoroughly with lukewarm water at least 20 times to ensure no residue remains. When drying my face, I use a disposable pure cotton sponge instead of a rough towel to gently pat it dry hygienically.
Surprisingly, as I reduced physical irritation and balanced my skin's acidity like this, the small bumps stopped appearing.
The bumps that had already appeared have gradually subsided, and now, to the touch, my skin maintains a very smooth and firm texture. If you are struggling with skin troubles, I strongly recommend that you switch to a mildly acidic cleanser before buying expensive cosmetics.
