Lifestyle habits affecting the skin and the importance of healthy diet management

Realizing that there are limits to caring for only the surface of the skin, I decided to completely overhaul the lifestyle habits that were affecting my skin. I began managing my diet by limiting processed foods and sugar intake, and making sure to eat berries and nuts rich in antioxidants. Along with this, sweating out toxins through light exercise for 30 minutes every day marks the beginning of my personal skincare routine.

 

 

For home care, I focus on cooling treatments using aloe vera gel to soothe skin heated up after exercise. Since high skin temperatures can easily lead to a loss of elasticity, maintaining an optimal temperature is the most important point. A cooling stick I recently discovered is my go-to skincare item; keeping it chilled and massaging it all over my face provides excellent effects in reducing swelling and soothing the skin.

 

 

As a result of my monthly skin condition checks, I could see at a glance that my complexion had cleared up and my skin texture had improved. Looking at the care records I have consistently kept, it is clear that when my lifestyle habits deteriorated, my skin deteriorated along with them. Although there are times when I want to find a quick solution by inquiring about skin procedures, I have come to realize that the power of sticking to the basics is ultimately the strongest.
