The habit of drinking water changes your skin tone.

I realized that nourishing the body from within is more important than applying expensive cosmetics. A habit I have been consciously practicing since last year is drinking 2 liters of water a day. At first, I wanted to give up because going to the bathroom was a hassle, but after doing it consistently for about a month, I can definitely see my complexion becoming clearer. If my skin used to be dull and yellowish, now it feels clear and transparent.

 

Drinking warm water or caffeine-free tea frequently instead of coffee makes me feel like toxins are flushing out of my body. I found myself paying extra attention to drinking water, especially in the winter, as heaters easily dehydrate the body. After experiencing how simply drinking enough water can resolve internal dryness to some extent, my tumbler is now practically an extension of myself. I encourage you all to start by drinking water for the sake of your skin.
