My Personal Skincare Method: An Evening Gua Sha Routine to Restore Elasticity

Now that I've entered my 40s, I'm worried about sagging cheeks, so I'm putting a lot of effort into my own personalized skincare routine. The key to my method is doing a lymphatic massage with a gua sha for 10 minutes before bed, and I can see the swelling going down and my facial lines becoming more defined. I've found that doing it every day is important to maintain the results for a long time. Thanks to my routine, I often hear that my complexion looks clearer, so looking in the mirror has become a joy again these days.
