Evening Gua Sha Massage Routine for Skin Health and Elasticity

Now that I’ve entered my 40s, I’ve become very worried about my skin health due to my sagging facial contours. Lately, I’ve been taking care of my skin by doing lymphatic massage with a gua sha for 10 minutes before bed, and I feel like the swelling is subsiding and my lines are becoming more defined.
