Does anyone know the characteristics of blemish treatments?

I've been having so much fun with outdoor activities lately that the freckles and pigmentation all over my face have gotten really bad!! I think I went to the Han River too much ㅠㅠ lol

Even when I try to cover it up with makeup, my skin looks bumpy and my complexion looks dull, so I just sigh deeply every time I look in the mirror. I’ve heard there are various types of lasers for pigmentation treatment, and I’m posting this question specifically to learn about the characteristics of treatments for blemishes. I suspect the treatment characteristics differ depending on the type—whether it involves black scabs forming and falling off after a week like in the past, or if it allows for gradual fading without any disruption to daily life. Since I work, a long downtime would be a bit of a burden. If you could recommend any equipment that offers fast recovery and 확실 (certain/definite) results for blemish treatment, it would be a huge help in improving my skin!
