How many sessions do you need to see results from the acne scar treatment?

I have a lot of acne scars on my nose and chin, so I am considering getting a scar treatment. If anyone has received such treatment, please share your experience.

I heard that one or two treatments aren't enough, so I'm curious how many sessions you took to see results, and whether the effects of the acne scar treatment are permanent or if I need to get it done periodically.

In my case, the acne scar on my nose happens to be right in the middle of the tip, so it stands out a lot. It's also really stressful because it's deeply pitted in a cone shape, making it look like a large pore. Even when I apply makeup, the scar area looks like a gaping hole.

To what extent can acne scars be improved with a scar treatment when they are this deep and sharply pitted?
