When do the effects of Botox start to appear?

I've been getting increasingly self-conscious about the deep wrinkles forming around my eyes and between my eyebrows whenever I smile. I can't exactly stop smiling, though. Everyone around me strongly recommended getting Botox to prevent them before they get too deep, so I've booked an appointment for this week! It's my first time getting this procedure, so I'm both excited and incredibly nervous. I'm curious when people usually start to feel their wrinkles smoothing out after getting Botox around their eyes or between their eyebrows. I'd like to know if the firming effect appears immediately after the injection, or if it settles slowly over about a week. For those of you who get it regularly, if you could share the average time it takes for the Botox effects to show, it would be a huge help in resolving my questions!
