This is Day 2 of my skin log. Perhaps because I didn't get enough sleep last night, my skin wasn't in good condition overall this morning. As soon as I looked in the mirror, my skin tone looked duller than usual, and the area under my eyes appeared slightly dark, giving me a tired impression. In particular, there was redness around my chin and cheeks, and my skin texture felt rough rather than smooth. After washing my face, my skin felt tighter and more sensitive than usual. I realized once again that sleep has a significant impact on skin condition. My usual skincare products didn't seem to absorb well today, and my makeup felt like it was caking quickly. Because I was tired all day, I couldn't drink water frequently, and by the afternoon, oil production had increased, making my skin look even more exhausted overall. Today, I plan to avoid spicy foods and focus on soothing my skin by staying hydrated. I hope to fall asleep early tonight so that my skin is in better condition tomorrow.
