What do you all do first when your face looks as thin as paper after work?
Lately, when I get home from work and look in the mirror, there are times when my face looks as thin as paper.
I try to keep my skin moisturized in the morning before heading out, but after spending the whole day in the office, my cheeks and the corners of my mouth get really dry and rough.
I used to think that just applying a lot of moisturizer would be enough, but I found out that applying a lot doesn't necessarily make it last longer.
Actually, applying a cream that is too heavy feels stuffy, and I also get the sensation of small bumps breaking out the next day, so choosing a product has become harder these days.
Recently, after washing my face, I’ve been trying to apply the ampoule first before it dries completely, and then apply the cream in two thin layers.
It definitely feels less stuffy on the skin compared to applying a thick layer all at once.
For those of you with dry skin, do you have a way to immediately restore your skin when it feels severely rough after work?
I’d like to share any methods you’ve found effective, whether at a dermatologist or at home.
