My own skincare method is a big change created by small habits
Lately, I have been developing a habit of carefully checking and managing my skin condition. Since my skin tends to dry out easily after washing my face in the morning, I make sure to apply a hydrating serum and cream to maintain moisture. In particular, I believe that my morning routine not only makes for a refreshing start to the day but also serves as a process to build the skin's fundamental resilience so it can withstand external stimuli.
In the evening, I focus on thoroughly removing impurities and fine dust accumulated throughout the day. After a full cleanse, I use a soothing face mask to relieve the day's fatigue and help my skin rest comfortably. If you stick to this evening routine, you will notice your skin becoming much clearer and your makeup applying much better the next day.
During the change of seasons, my skin easily becomes dry and loses elasticity, so I use a modeling pack about 2 to 3 times a week. I found that modeling packs are very helpful in delivering deep hydration to the skin and maintaining elasticity. As I used them consistently, I was able to manage my skin much more stably, even during times when it was sensitive.
Most importantly, it is the habit of checking my skin condition every day and responding sensitively to even the smallest changes. In the past, I used to overlook dryness or redness, but now I manage my skin by using the products I need immediately to prevent it from worsening. I can really feel that these small habits are coming together to make my skin healthier and healthier.
