When my skin looks dull, I don't know if the problem is sleep or hydration.

My face has been looking dull lately, so I'm trying to find the cause, but I'm not sure if it's because I haven't been getting enough sleep or if my skin is dry.
I’ve been working late lately, drinking a lot of coffee, and not drinking much water. Come to think of it, it seems like I’ve had all the conditions set for my skin to get worse.

When I wake up in the morning, my face feels a bit dry and dull, and by the afternoon, my makeup doesn't wear off nicely but rather looks exhausted.

In particular, if the area under your eyes looks dark and the corners of your mouth look dry, you seem to look more tired than you actually are.

I thought applying more base would solve the problem, but if I applied too much, it felt cakey and stuffy.

However, if I apply too little, I feel tightness deep inside, so I'm not sure what the right amount is.

I think that my skin looking dull might not just be a skin tone issue, but a condition issue.
Getting enough sleep and drinking plenty of water definitely makes a difference to your skin, but when you're working, sticking to the basics is the hardest part.

What is the first thing you all take care of when your skin looks dull?
I am curious which of sleep, water intake, moisturizing, vitamin products, and dermatological care made the biggest difference to you.
