The reason my skin condition was particularly bad today ㅠㅠ

I went to bed late yesterday and woke up this morning. After washing my face, my skin felt dull and rough.

 

I thought it was strange since I hadn't really changed anything, but then I realized I'd been really sleep-deprived these past few days. I didn't know my skin was so sensitive to sleep, but it definitely shows the difference the very next day when I get less sleep. I realized once again that skin is more honest than I thought.

 

Today, I just followed a basic routine to avoid irritation and applied a generous amount of moisturizer. I did feel like doing something more, but I’ve found that adding extra products on days like this actually makes things worse, so I just held back.

I plan to visit Maypure sometime this week to get my skin checked. I found that going in for a consultation is much faster than worrying about things on my own.
