My Skin Log Today: Applying Face Masks Diligently

I slept in yesterday because it was Friday night.

My skin looks really dull, maybe because I woke up early this morning!

My skin is definitely fine on days when the quality of sleep is good.

On days when I'm not, it's a mess. I invited my family over today and cooked all day, so I'm even more tired.

My skin is getting worse due to stress.
