I woke up this morning and was surprised when I looked in the mirror. My complexion looked brighter, and my pores were much less noticeable than usual! Yesterday, I drank nearly 2 liters more water than usual and went to bed early before 11 o'clock, and it seems the saying "sleep is the best medicine" is true after all.
I didn't do anything special last night; all I did was put on a face mask and apply cream mixed with a drop of face oil. While expensive treatments are certainly nice, I realized once again today that basic hydration and sleep are what truly determine skin condition. I wish every day were like today. I hope you all drink plenty of water and get a good night's sleep early today! Your skin might look different tomorrow morning.
