The key to home care is 'heat sensation management.' Let me introduce my personal cooling routine!
Hello! I am generally very sensitive to my skin temperature. Ever since I heard that skin elasticity decreases and breakouts occur easily when skin temperature rises, I have been practicing my own 'cooling routine.' The first thing I do is always keep a modeling mask and aloe vera gel stocked in my cosmetic refrigerator (or the fresh food compartment of a regular refrigerator).
On days when I've been out a lot or my face feels hot and flushed after washing, I apply a thick layer of cold aloe gel for initial soothing. Applying a cooling modeling mask on top of that immediately lowers my skin temperature, and I've noticed my pores tightening. Although it is a bit of a hassle, the texture of my skin is definitely different the next morning after going through this process. I think creating an environment where the skin can regenerate itself is more important than applying expensive cosmetics. I encourage you all to pay attention to cooling care on days when your face gets particularly red!
