Record of my skin condition today (Seasonal change survival diary)
I woke up this morning and was shocked when I looked in the mirror. Whether it's due to the fine dust or the temperature fluctuations, my skin was on the verge of breaking out. It feels like tiny bumps are popping up, and the skin around my nose is flaking, causing my makeup to look patchy. I think this is the most stressful part. It feels like no matter how good the cosmetics I apply, my skin just rejects them all.
So, as soon as I got off work today, I put some extra effort into my home skincare routine. First, I gently washed my face with a non-irritating cleansing oil and applied a hydrating mask to soothe my skin. After that, I plan to apply a thick layer of regenerating cream and get a good night's sleep. It definitely seems that when you're not feeling well, focusing solely on soothing and hydration is the answer, rather than applying a lot of different products.
I really hope it calms down tomorrow, but I'm actually worried haha. Do you guys have a secret weapon you use when your skin condition suddenly gets bad? I also like chilling aloe vera gel and applying it like a mask. I'm going to have to pray that my skin returns to its glowing state by tomorrow morning haha. Everyone, please take care of your skin health during this change of seasons!
