My Own Skin Care Method (Inner Beauty and Habits)

I believe that while what you apply is important for skincare, lifestyle habits account for 80% of it, haha. Let me share a few habits I've been trying to stick to lately. First up, drinking water! Even though drinking 2 liters a day is a bit difficult, I always carry a tumbler to try and drink at least 1.5 liters. I've definitely noticed that drinking plenty of water reduces internal dryness and makes my skin tone feel clearer.

And changing my pillowcase often! I found this to be really important. I didn't used to pay attention to it, but come to think of it, my face keeps touching it while I sleep. Since I started washing and replacing it frequently, the breakouts on my cheeks have definitely decreased haha. It's a small step, but the effect is huge, so I feel proud. Also, I don't forget to take Vitamin C. Antioxidants are essential for anti-aging, you know haha.

Lastly, no matter how tired you are, always make sure to cleanse thoroughly! I wash my face without fail, even on days I come home after drinking. You need to double cleanse to empty deep into your pores so that your skincare products adhere better the next day.
