My face has been really swollen lately. Is swelling related to skin condition?

I'm worried because there are many days when my face looks particularly swollen when I look in the mirror every morning. I've always been prone to swelling, but lately it feels especially bad, and it makes my skin look worse than usual. In particular, my jawline looks indistinct and my cheeks look puffy, so my face feels bigger, and my skin looks dull for no reason, which is stressing me out.

Strangely enough, on days when my skin is really puffy, it seems like my skin texture looks less smooth and my pores stand out more. I'm not sure if it's just my imagination, but on days when my face is swollen, my makeup doesn't apply well and my base feels like it cakes.

They say it helps a bit if you drink plenty of water and go to bed early, but realistically, it's not easy to manage that every day haha. Lately, I've been trying gua sha and doing light stretching before bed, but I still don't really notice any significant difference.

Does anyone happen to have a special routine for managing facial swelling? Please share any lifestyle habits or massage tips you have for reducing puffiness! I think my face would look much neater just by having a defined facial contour.

    붓기는 순환 문제와도 관련 있어요.
    피부 컨디션에도 영향을 줍니다.
