How to Protect Your Skin Health

Actually, you all know that drinking plenty of water, washing your face well, avoiding greasy and sweet foods, taking good vitamins, and getting enough sleep are the ways to improve your skin. But even though we know that, it’s actually hard to do, isn't it? ㅠㅠㅠ lol

Is there anything you do to make sure you follow these?

 

I once tried installing a water drinking app, but sometimes I couldn't hear the alarm, and I'd miss it because I was focused on work...

 

I also fail at limiting sweet foods because I can't resist my appetite.

    아는 거랑 지키는 건 정말 별개인 것 같아요. ㅠㅠ 저는 물 마시기 힘들 땐 아예 눈앞에 1L짜리 큰 텀블러를 갖다 놔요! 눈에 보이면 무의식중에라도 한 모금씩 마시게 되더라고요.
