Memo on today's skin condition

My skin must have been particularly sensitive today because it turned red just from washing it. Maybe it's the change of seasons, but I also felt like my inner dryness suddenly got much worse, and my makeup looked cakey all over, so I was worried about it all day. The sides of my nose and chin looked especially rough, so it was stressful every time I looked in the mirror. Lately, even when my skin is fine, it tends to linger once it breaks out, so I'm drinking plenty of water and trying my best not to irritate it.
