I'm sharing my skincare routine for skin that gets sensitive every time the seasons change.
My skin has suddenly become extremely sensitive lately because the temperature difference between morning and evening is getting bigger.
There are times when even cosmetics that usually work fine feel stinging, so recently I have been focusing on using only the mildest products possible.
In particular, applying a hydrating toner in multiple layers immediately after washing my face worked well for me.
I used to just apply it once and be done, but lately my skin feels very dry, so I apply a thin layer two or three times to help it absorb.
Also, since I apply a generous amount of moisturizer before going to sleep, my skin feels much more comfortable the next day.
I think it's more important to build a solid foundation of basic hydration rather than needlessly applying a lot of different products.
Lately, I have been consciously drinking a lot of water, and I definitely feel like my skin condition is stabilizing a bit, so I plan to continue doing this.
I'm curious how others are taking care of their skin during the changing seasons.
