I am recording my skin condition today.

Overall, today was a day when my skin was in pretty good condition.
When I looked in the mirror in the morning, the redness had significantly decreased, and my skin felt a bit smoother.

I've been trying to go to bed early for the past few days, and it seems like sleep definitely has a big impact on my skin.
On days when I stayed up late, my skin looked dry and rough, but after getting enough sleep, my makeup went on much better.

However, the area around my nose was still dry, so I applied moisturizing cream one more time.
Maybe it's because the indoor air is dry these days, but I feel a bit of tightness in my skin by the afternoon.

Still, the sudden breakouts like before have decreased significantly, so it seems like I am managing it well.
Rather than unnecessarily constantly switching to new products, I plan to maintain my current routine and monitor my skin condition.

I think it's good to keep a regular record of your skin because it allows you to see which lifestyle habits are affecting it.
