This is my own unique management method: I try to reduce sugar in my diet as much as possible.
Giving up sweet instant coffee mixes and snacks was a real ordeal at first, but after about a month, the bumpy, millet-like bumps on my face completely disappeared. I heard that sugar destroys skin collagen and accelerates aging, and it seems that is really true.
Instead, since I started eating fresh vegetables and fruits, my complexion has become clearer and my body feels lighter. I think cleansing and nourishing the inside is just as important a part of skincare as applying products to the outside.
