[My Skin Condition Log for Today] Day 1 of drinking 2 liters of water; the changes are bigger than I expected?
I usually only drink coffee and rarely drink water, but my skin felt so dry and dull that I consciously started drinking 2 liters of water a day a week ago. For the first few days, I had to go to the bathroom so often that it was a bit of a hassle, and I wondered, "Will this really work?" However, when I looked in the mirror while washing my face this morning, I felt like my overall skin tone had become a bit clearer.
Before, my face would be puffy every morning and my skin would look dull, so my makeup wouldn't apply well. But since I've definitely increased my water intake, the tightness from within has decreased, and my complexion looks more vibrant. I am personally realizing that while using expensive cosmetics is important, hydration from within is truly the foundation. I plan to keep drinking water consistently without giving up. How many glasses of water did everyone drink today?
