[My Own Method] I manage my skin texture with a 'milk facial wash' at home
My skin is naturally very dry and prone to flaking, so I get particularly stressed during winter or the change of seasons. Then, I tried a "milk facial wash" that I saw somewhere a while ago, and it worked really well for me. It’s a bit of a hassle to do every day, so once or twice a week, I slightly warm up milk that is nearing its expiration date and rinse it off by gently patting it onto my face as the final step of my cleansing routine.
The lactic acid in milk gently removes dead skin cells while providing hydration, leaving my skin feeling incredibly soft and smooth like a baby's after use. Since the skin texture is refined without needing a separate peeling product, makeup applies much better and adheres perfectly. However, it is important to rinse thoroughly with water to ensure no milk residue remains! If you have sensitive skin and find harsh exfoliants burdensome, give this method a try.
