My secret method for managing breaking out skin

If you are a woman, you have probably all experienced your skin going crazy once a month due to hormonal changes.

 

When that time comes, I add a face mask to my skincare routine and drink twice as much water as usual.

 

And making sure to sleep at least 8 hours is the most important point of my skin condition management know-how.

 

Since my skin has become sensitive, I think the standard way to manage my skin condition is to switch to the mildest cosmetics possible and reduce irritation.
