My skincare routine of using only two cosmetics
In the past, I used to apply 6 to 7 layers of highly-rated products, including toner, lotion, essence, serum, and nourishing cream.
However, since excessive nutrition actually caused more small pimples, I boldly attempted a cosmetics diet.
I have been finishing my basic skincare routine in just two steps for the past six months, and my skin condition is the best it has ever been.
My method is to generously spray a mist-type toner immediately after washing my face while it is still slightly damp to open up the moisture pathways, and
You finish by applying just one moisturizing ceramide cream right on top.
Even though I completely removed all the ampoules and essences in the middle, my skin didn't feel dry and breathed on its own.
I can definitely feel like it is balancing oil and moisture.
I found that just because you apply a lot doesn't mean your skin absorbs it all.
If you feel like whatever you apply just sits on the surface and doesn't absorb, try drastically reducing your skincare routine for just one week. Your skin will feel comfortable.
