I've been changing my pillowcases often lately because of my skin.

I used to use pillow covers without paying much attention to them, but recently, as I've been experiencing frequent skin breakouts, I'm trying to change my lifestyle habits one by one.
The first thing I put into practice was changing the pillowcases frequently.

At first, I wondered if this would really be effective, but it felt less irritating to the skin than I expected.
I have been consistently taking care of my skin, especially since the small breakouts around my chin and cheeks seem to have decreased a little.

These days, I try to change my face once or twice a week, and I also use a separate towel just for my face.
It may seem like a trivial habit, but it seems to have quite an effect on the skin.

I am realizing once again that maintaining the hygiene of everyday items is just as important as changing cosmetics.
