I think the reason my skin condition has improved lately is because of exercise.
I recently started exercising consistently, even if it's just lightly, and I feel like my skin has become much clearer than before.
I used to think that exercise didn't have much to do with the skin, but it seems to have a surprisingly big impact.
I'm not doing intense workouts like weight training; it's just walking or stretching for about 30 minutes a day, but as my physical condition changes, I feel like my skin condition is improving as well.
Especially after sweating a little, my complexion looked better.
In the past, I used to go to bed late and hardly move around, but lately, as my lifestyle has become a bit more regular, my skin seems to be stabilizing as well.
Perhaps because I've naturally increased my water intake, I feel less dry.
Expensive products are good, but I am realizing once again that managing basic lifestyle habits is truly important.
