It seems like my skin gets worse the more stressed I am.

I've been so busy lately that I haven't been getting enough sleep and have been constantly stressed, but my skin condition changed immediately.
My skin, which is usually fine, became sensitive and small blemishes kept popping up, so I realized the importance of skincare again.

I used to think it was simply a matter of cosmetics, but it seems like my condition has a really big impact as well.
Especially on days when I don't get enough sleep, my face looks dry and my skin tone feels dull.

So these days, instead of just blindly changing products to take care of my skin, I am trying to stabilize my daily routine first.
I am trying to sleep as consistently as possible and drink water frequently.

It seems the saying that the skin is the part of the body that shows its condition the fastest is true.
I am realizing once again that stress management is ultimately part of skincare.
