Does drinking a lot of water actually affect skin hydration?
I was really worried about my severe internal dryness, and everyone was saying the same thing: drink plenty of water. I saw so many posts saying that drinking over 2 liters a day brings moisture up from deep within the skin, so I ambitiously started a challenge to drink more water. However, drinking that much plain water every day turned out to be much harder than I thought. ㅠㅠ It even started to taste a bit like vomit... I ended up running to the bathroom so frequently that it was making daily life uncomfortable. Even after sticking to it for over a week, the tightness and dullness of my face seem exactly the same as before, so I'm starting to feel a bit skeptical... I'm starting to doubt if this method actually has a significant impact on raising my skin's hydration levels. I'm feeling a bit unsure if it's really working...
