I know that sleeping on my back is good for my body, but I have a bad habit of always sleeping on my side or stomach because I find myself looking for a comfortable position. When I read an article saying that the physical pressure applied while being crushed can deepen wrinkles and even deform facial bones or muscles, leading to asymmetry, I felt so upset and regretful wondering if the comfortable sleeping position I've been using all this time has actually been ruining my precious face. I suppose it's only natural that the skin sags and twists when one side is constantly pressed down for 7 to 8 hours, but still...

I’ve consciously tried my best to sleep lying flat on my back, looking at the ceiling, but maybe because it’s such an old habit, I can’t fall asleep that way. Then, when I wake up in the middle of the night, I find myself curled up on my side again without even realizing it.
