It is said that sleeping on your side affects facial wrinkles or asymmetry.
Oh no...
I know that sleeping on my back is good for my body, but I have a bad habit of always sleeping on my side or stomach because I find myself looking for a comfortable position. When I read an article saying that the physical pressure applied while being crushed can deepen wrinkles and even deform facial bones or muscles, leading to asymmetry, I felt so upset and regretful wondering if the comfortable sleeping position I've been using all this time has actually been ruining my precious face. I’ve consciously tried my best to sleep lying flat on my back, looking at the ceiling, but maybe because it’s such an old habit, I can’t fall asleep that way. Then, when I wake up in the middle of the night, I find myself curled up on my side again without even realizing it.
