A huge uninvited guest suddenly at the tip of my nose.

I looked in the mirror this morning to wash my face and was really surprised to find a huge bump raised right in the center of the tip of my nose.
My nose area started itching and turning red yesterday evening, but I never dreamed it would get so swollen and red like this overnight.
It throbs even when I am still, and it hurts so much that tears well up just from the slightest touch of my fingertips while washing my face, so I can't even touch it carelessly.
It happened right in the center of my face, so it couldn't be covered by a mask and stood out so badly that I felt really down from the morning.
I think the biggest cause is that I've been busy with personal matters recently, so I've been making do with instant food and staying up late.
In a hurry, I stopped by a pharmacy on my way out and bought an ointment that is said to be good for soothing skin troubles, and carefully packed it in my bag.
I went to the restroom in the middle of the night to lightly wipe off the makeup on my nose and applied a thick layer of ointment. I really hope it subsides quickly.
If I leave it like this, I feel like I'll be left with dark pigmented scars on my nose, so I think I'll have to be very gentle and careful when washing my face for a few days.
Today, I painfully realize once again just how absolutely important it is to manage my diet and get enough sleep on a daily basis for skin health.
