These days, I'm more concerned about neck wrinkles than my skin.
I used to think I only needed to worry about my facial skin, but looking at my recent photos, I realized my neck area catches my eye much more than I thought.
In particular, as I spend more time looking down at my phone, I feel like I have more neck wrinkles, so I am realizing the need to take care of it.
So these days, I make sure to apply the cream I use on my face to my neck as well.
I used to just gloss over it because it was a hassle, but I am only now realizing how important it is to take care of it consistently.
I've been giving myself a light massage before bed, and while there aren't any immediate big changes, I do feel like my skin is a little less dry.
It seems that simply taking care of your face isn't enough.
From now on, I plan to take things slowly and manage it while also paying attention to my posture.
If anyone takes care of their neck as well, please share your tips.
