Lately, I'm trying to break the habit of touching my face with my hands for no reason.
I used to have a habit of mindlessly resting my chin on my hand or touching my face, but lately, as I've been getting frequent skin breakouts, I am consciously trying to break that habit.
I was especially worried about what might be on my hands when I was outside.
I didn't used to think much about it, but I recently realized that I unconsciously touch my face more often than I thought.
I realized I have a habit of constantly reaching for my face, even when looking in the mirror or studying.
So these days, I am consciously trying to avoid touching it and am also trying to wash my hands frequently.
Even though it seems like a trivial habit, it seems to have quite a big impact on the skin.
I am realizing that to manage skin troubles, it is not just cosmetics that matter, but I also need to change my lifestyle habits.
