I'm trying to cut down on snacks to improve my skin, but it's not easy.
Lately, I've noticed my skin condition deteriorates immediately the day after eating sweets or late-night snacks, so I'm trying to change my eating habits a little.
I realized that the habit of eating and sleeping, especially late at night, is really bad for the skin.
So these days, I am trying to switch from snacks to fruits or nuts.
But I guess it’s unavoidable that I crave sweets whenever I’m stressed.
Still, I feel like my skin troubles have decreased a little compared to when I used to eat late-night snacks every day.
I am realizing again that the body and skin are truly connected.
It will be difficult to quit completely, but I plan to reduce it little by little.
It seems that consistent management is ultimately the most important thing.
