It's fun to keep a record of my skincare routine.
In the past, I used to just get stressed when my skin was bad, but these days I try to record my skin condition with photos or notes.
I found that keeping a record actually showed me a pattern of which days my skin gets better and which days it gets worse.
In particular, I could see an immediate change in my skin condition on days when I hadn't slept well or the day after eating spicy food.
It feels much more helpful than just vaguely managing it for no reason.
Also, I wrote down the products that worked well and those that caused breakouts, so it was convenient to look back on them later.
It seems that consistency and observation are ultimately important for skincare as well.
It’s not a perfect routine yet, but I’m finding a method that works for me by recording things one by one.
