When I look at Instagram, it seems like everyone spends a lot of money managing their accounts, but I'm of the opinion that we should stick to the book.

I only follow three things, and I've really improved a lot.

Wash your face with lukewarm water (morning only)

Apply moisturizer in two thin layers, rather than a large amount at once.

Change your pillowcase every two days (this is a real life hack)
